Returns Policy

At Raquette GS, we are committed to providing quality sporting goods and exemplary customer service. Please review our return and refund policy.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be new, unused, and in its original condition;

• include all tags and accessories;

• be returned in its original packaging where applicable;

• be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

For hygiene, safety, or personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:

• athletic underwear, mouthguards, and other personal hygiene items;

• used water bottles, flasks, or hydration reservoirs;

• Personalized or custom-made items;

• Gift cards;

• Products marked as "final sale";

• Equipment that has been used or shows signs of abnormal wear.

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

If a product is defective, damaged upon receipt, or does not match the order, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at info@raquettegs.ca.

We may request:

• Photos of the product;

• A description of the problem;

• Your order number.

After verification, we may offer:

• A replacement;

• A repair where applicable;

• A full or partial refund.

2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Await return authorization.

4. Ship the product to the address provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the decision.

If the refund is approved:

• It will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible;

• Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

All products sold by Raquette GS are covered by the legal guarantees provided by applicable Quebec law.

These guarantees apply, in particular, when a product has a hidden defect, is not durable for a reasonable period considering its price and normal use, or does not match its description.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit consumers' statutory rights.
